Questions, answered.

Is it really free to start?

Yes. Every new account gets 150 free credits — enough for your first image edit — with no card required. After that, you buy credits only when you need them.

How much does a video cost?

It depends on resolution and length. A 5-second clip is 760 credits at 480p or 1,630 at 720p; a 10-second 720p clip is 3,260. You always see the exact price before you create.

What happens to my photos?

Your images are processed to produce the edit you asked for and forwarded to our AI inference providers to run the generation. Your input images and generated results are automatically deleted from our storage within about an hour of the generation completing, and uploads you never submit are cleared within 24 hours. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits you purchase do not expire — use them whenever you like.

Do I own what I create?

You retain ownership of the images and prompts you upload and, to the extent applicable law allows, of the outputs you generate. Note that AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction, and we make no representation that an output is protectable. See Section 7 of our Terms of Service for the full ownership and licence terms.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in, click your avatar, then choose Manage account → Security → Delete account. You can also email us to request deletion — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
