Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 7 August 2026

What data we hold

When you sign in — including with Facebook — your account is created and managed for us by our authentication provider, Clerk. Through it we receive and store account data such as your name, email address and profile image. We describe everything we collect, and how long we keep it, in our Privacy Policy.

How to delete your data

You can delete your account and its associated data in two ways:

  1. In the app. Sign in, click your avatar, then choose Manage account → Security → Delete account. This permanently closes your account.
  2. By email. Write to support@rawedit.ai with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

What deletion covers and when

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting your account removes the account data managed for us by Clerk (such as your name, email address and profile image).

The images you upload and the images we generate for you are already deleted from our systems within one hour of generation, so they are not retained on our servers by the time you request deletion.

Certain records we are legally required to keep are retained even after your account is closed — for example billing and accounting records under Moldovan tax law (typically up to six years), and limited job metadata retained for abuse prevention, security and legal-hold compliance. These exceptions are described in Sections 6 and 8 of our Privacy Policy.

Revoking Facebook access

You can also revoke this app’s access to your Facebook account at any time from Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Revoking access stops future sign-ins but does not by itself delete the data we already hold — use one of the two methods above to request deletion.
